A cardboard Christmas cracker diaorama to warm your soul

Each Christmas we try and make a digital gift to send out to our loyal handful of social media followers.
We'd been experimenting with webGL and webAR animated models so decided to make a little pop up theatre diaroma.
Starring our very Orson the panther, Merv the beaver and with a small cameo from Hal in the background, we tried to embue the animation with a satsfying hand-made cardboard feel along with clockwork mechanical figures.
The animation itself is also viewable as a webGL scene (well it is if we can find and upload the files) but was a little too much to run nicely in webAR which is still in it's infancy.
