The Tomorrow’s Engineers ‘Save the Day’ challenge, delivered by the National Schools Partnership (NSP), involves a series of online games, teaching young people the basic principles of HTML coding and encouraging them to explore digital technology.
It is designed to inspire and show young people the exciting careers that their science and mathematics subjects can lead to.
With this in mind, they asked RamJam to create an interactive online game that could be used in their workshops.
Using gaming mechanics, video and interactive media, we designed and developed a fully interactive HTML5 game where pupils could be challenged to solve engineering problems using their STEM knowledge and problem solving abilities.
We also used and integrated the latest animation software technology (Adobe Edge Animate) to animate different visual elements.
